Return Requirements
HOMAGE will offer a full refund on online orders returned within 14 days from receipt of goods to our warehouse. Within this period, you can review and try on your item(s).

Item(s) must be returned unused, including the attached tags, and in the original packaging. Items may not be stained by makeup or deodorant and may not have any other signs of wear after trying them on. 

Return Process

If you want to return your item(s), please fill out the Return Authorization Form included in your package with the following information: your name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Please include the completed form in your return package. The return address is provided on the form.

For a full refund, your return package must be received at our warehouse in the Netherlands within 14 days of the date you received your order.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned item(s). Please use the return label included with your order. A fee of €7 will be deducted from your refund. Previously paid shipping costs are non-refundable.

After shipping your return, you should receive a receipt with a tracking code. Please keep this receipt as proof of shipment, as HOMAGE cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within 10 days at the latest.
